Refund policy

We always want our customers to be satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Experience team at customerservice@haydenrowecandle.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on third party products.
As of May 7, 2019 PayPal will no longer refund their processing fee on refunds. Therefore any refunds granted that are not due to our error, may be subject to a $.30 plus 3% charge to cover this fee. Please be sure before you order!

If an order is returned to us due to customer error, we will be happy to resend the package but the entire cost to resend will be the responsibility of the customer. In the alternative, we will be happy to refund the order minus the actual cost of shipping.
